What You Will Bring to the Team
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly disposition.
- Ability to translate complex automotive repair processes into easy-to-understand explanations for customers.
- Organizational prowess and multitasking abilities to manage multiple customer accounts efficiently.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between technicians and customers, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction.
- Manage service schedules, work orders, and provide accurate estimates and timelines to customers.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of current automotive technology and service offerings.
- Uphold our mission of delivering exceptional service that keeps our community safe and our customers happy.
Qualifications That Make You Stand Out
- Experience in an automotive service advisory role is highly preferred.
- Strong foundation in automotive knowledge, with a willingness to keep learning.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Loves people and making friends.
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certifications are a plus.
Salary Range: $50,000-$100,000 based on experience and sales performance.
